the Road Hey guys! Now I would like to tell you a story. It was New Year's Eve and I got a call from Lee Asher as I was on my way to work a party. Lee informed me that he was nearing the Florida state line and on his way to Dallas to meet me. About 30 hours later Lee showed up and I crammed all of my luggage in his little car. We said goodbye to Ed, Nancy, Marshall, Tanner, and Tony Hughlette. Before we left I had to take Tony and Lee to Whataburger. They make a great burger man. Anyway We made our way across Texas in the night passing by several tumble weeds, road kill, and even a real dead body. But that's another story for another day. What seemed like days later finally brought us to the doorstep of the infamous Joe Burton who resides in Las Vegas. Aaaaaaaaah Vegas ..I just can't get enough. We only stayed in Vegas for a little while because we would be back soon, and we were on our way to Los Angeles. We arrived next at the doorstep of Aaron Fisher. Both Aaron and Paul Wilson where there to greet Lee and I as we arrived in Hollywood. The days that followed were filled with so much magic .. Whit Hayden, Ashford Kneitel, Dan and Dave Buck, Bruce Cervon, Adam Grace, Jim Patton, Steve Forte, Rod the Hop, Allen Ackerman, Earl Nelson and Alain Nu are just a few of the people we got to hang out with. Not only that but they let us film them doing some of there best magic!!!!! I watched Ashford make cards twirl faster than a tornado, saw Forte's gambling collection, saw the Buck Twins get yelled at by a security guard, chilled with Jim Patton, sessioned with Ackerman, watched the Hop fool everybody AND heard him sing the blues, saw Lee get hit in the face with a cue ball HARD by Chef Anton, helped CARD BOMB Paul Wilson while he was passed out asleep, ate Chowder in front of Alcatraz, saw Billy the Kid's grave, almost got arrested in San Francisco, got FRIED by Aaron Fisher, saw a kid do a back flip and throw cards everywhere in the middle of a casino, and that's just off the top of my head! It was a road trip I'll never forget, it's been put on Video for everyone to see. Its call Hit the Road and is available from Paul Wilson, Lee Asher, and Myself. DVD SOLD OUT $30
